About

Set on the highway 2.5klms out of Tolga, you will notice the iconic Big Peanut standing tall. Moving the distillery from their home to this new location in June 2023. The Distillery building has been standing tall since the 70's and has housed numinous Peanut and local produce businesses before becoming a Pizza shop and now the Distillery Door. It is the perfect place to relax and look out across the paddocks, where seasonal crops like Peanuts, Hay and Sugarcane are grown.

Eventide Hills was first foundered in early 2021 by Andrew & Kelli Smith whose love of a good spirit had led them to create their award winning spirits on the Atherton Tablelands. Both born and bred on the tablelands they love to support as many local producers using many locally sourced ingredients and botanicals

Signature Cocktail

Raspberry Sour

Ingredients:
  • 60mls Allure Pink Gin
  • 60mls homemade raspberry syrup
  • 30mls fresh lemon juice
  • Eggwhite, Aquafaba or wonderfoam
Method:
  1. Add all ingredients into cocktail shaker over ice.
  2. Chill Coup glass
  3. Shake ingredients until cold and strain into chilled coup glass.
  4. Top foam with a line of freeze dried raspberries
