Granddad Jack's Craft Distillery is Brisbane's newest neighbourhood craft Gin, Vodka & Liqueur Distillery & Brewery located in the industrial backstreets of Albion. Bringing award-winning spirits to the already thriving craft culture in Brisbane, we're passionate about creating the ultimate experience as we recreate age-old family recipes in memory of our great Granddad Jack.
We're very proud to have won multiple prestigious awards since opening our Gold Coast Tasting Room & Distillery in August 2018 and invite you to join us on a tour or visit the Tasting Room to try for yourself (at either location).
Production is on full show to visitors from the Tasting Room and tours are available over the weekend.

Father and son team, David & Luke Ridden, always wanted to create something to honour the life of their Granddad Jack, a man who loved to enjoy whiskey and who was known for his resilience, loyal friendship, integrity and hard work.
Granddad Jacks's Craft Distillery is inspired by his story and driven by the same old-fashioned values and ethos he went through life with. Their neighbourhood tasting rooms cultivate a sense of community, uniqueness and belonging.
Five years on, we've become much more than storytellers who make great spirits. Since opening the very first craft distillery on the Gold Coast in August 2018, we have quickly become one of Australia’s most awarded & recommended artisan producers.
Our award-winning product range consists of three unique gins, a vodka, and a coffee liqueur, with a variety of single-barrel whiskey, each bringing to life one of Granddad Jack's stories. These are complemented by two monthly limited releases and seasonal releases.
We've proudly won over 120 international awards for our spirits. Our navy strength gin was voted 'best in Australia' and our coffee liqueur was voted 'best in the world'.
With two established Queensland distilleries & international expansion into New Zealand, Singapore, Norway, Fiji, Japan, China, Malaysia, Denmark, Sweden and North America, Granddad Jack's Australian handcrafted spirits are being enjoyed around the world.
