The Canefields Tasting Room is a relaxed, welcoming space overlooking our working Cane fields. Located in a functioning farm shed featuring warm timber, polished copper accents, the room offers guided tastings and a chance to enjoy a drink that was grown, crushed, fermented, and distilled only metres away. The tasting room is available by bookings only.
Canefields Distillery is Queensland’s first single estate distillery - we grow, crush, ferment, and distill our own sugarcane on the Sunshine Coast, specialising in single origin, single estate spirits – a rarity in the world of distilling. Planted in the region’s cane-growing heritage and crafted entirely on-farm, our spirits represent our distinct terroir or sense of place.
