We make all our Vodka, Gins and Rum in house, using Sugar as our base and all our brand names reflect the history of the Redcliffe Peninsula.
We also have a couple barrels of Single Malt that will be ready for release in mid 2025.
Our stills, 300L for Rum, 200L Hybrid for Vodka and Whisky, and 50L Hybrid for experiments, were all made locally as were all our initial Barrels.
