We are the Redcliffe Peninsula's first, and currently only Distillery, having only opened our doors in July 2024, after a three year journey to get here.
We are 100% Australian owned and operated.
We are located in the Clontarf Industrial Estate and share a wall with Neli Coffee (we are behind them).
We make all our Vodka, Gins and Rum in house, using Sugar as our base and all our brand names reflect the history of the Redcliffe Peninsula.
We also have a couple barrels of Single Malt that will be ready for release in mid 2025.
Our stills, 300L for Rum, 200L Hybrid for Vodka and Whisky, and 50L Hybrid for experiments, were all made locally as were all our initial Barrels.
We are only small and have just started so experiences are purely related to a tour of work environment and our small Cellar Door area which is currently restricted to tastings and purchases only.
But in time and as we grow we have some plans that will ensure we are a place to visit.
