The first legal distillery to open and operate in the Redlands. Family owned, we pride ourselves on making hand crafted spirits and liqueurs from locally sourced and home ground botanicals. We even create products that can't be found anywhere else in the world. We offer visitors one on one tours and love showing people how spirits are made, from raw grains to the final product everyone that wants to learn gets a special insight into the world of craft spirits.

Lychee Mojito
15ml of our Lychee liqueur
30ml of H2O lychee juice
45ml of our Signature Dry Gin
1 lime wedge, mint and lemonade.
Add lime to shaker and muddle well, add mint and ice, add Gin, juice and liqueur, shake well and add all ingredients to glass then top with lemonade, garnish with a lychee or 2.
