Founded on the Gold Coast, Six-Tricks challenges convention in the way spirits are distilled, served, and experienced. We don’t chase tradition; we create our own. Every detail - from the way we design our spirits to the way we host events - is about pushing boundaries while keeping quality at the core. The result is a distillery and bar that feels confident, inventive, and unmistakably ours.
At our core, Six-Tricks is a rum and whisky distillery - with first releases due in early 2026. Our rum program is already medal-winning, with the Six-Tricks Silver Cane Spirit recognised at the Australian International Rum Awards. Whisky is maturing in casks now, crafted with the same bold, inventive approach that defines everything we do. Alongside these foundations, the portfolio also includes Coolangattan Gin - a bright coastal citrus gin built on hand-peeled mandarins and already celebrated on the awards circuit - and a premium vodka made for a crisp, modern pour. Every spirit is distilled on-site, in small batches, with uncompromising attention to flavour and craft.
