Factory and Museum Tours are offered and for those wishing to better understand the industry, we offer a unique full spirit making class where guests can distill any drink of their choice. We can accommodate up to 400 guests at a time.
A 10% discount can be claimed off any Spirits or Liqueurs purchased in store after booking a Distillery Tour or Class.
Tamborine Mountain Distillery was founded in 1993 and kicked off the Craft Distilling era after over a century of no new distilleries licences being granted in Queensland.
Our Head Distiller, Gordon Chalmers, has developed a wealth of knowledge and experience of botanical distillations. Combining post-graduate degrees in both Technology and Business, and with over 30 years of experience in industrial automation and process control within the food and beverage industries,

The artisanal approach and multiple levels of distillation, using an impressive range of natural ingredients and native botanicals, creates both smooth and unique flavours. With approaching 400 national and international awards, the quality of the drinks speak for themselves. Whether it is sweet Liqueurs or stronger Spirits, we have something for everyone's taste.
Tours can be booked for groups up to 30 and Classes up to 9 persons. Customised classes are also available from Cocktail training through to Sip and Paint Classes.
A Private Bar is also available for Booking up to 35 persons. The main experience of course is simply visiting Tamborine Mountain itself.
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake for about 30 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a cocktail cherry.
